Our Technology – Ansh Endo Magnets

Advanced Magnetic Technology for Complex Biliary Interventions

At Ansh Endo Magnets, we have developed an advanced Magnetic Compression Anastomosis (MCA) platform designed to provide a minimally invasive solution for complete bile duct transections and high-grade benign biliary strictures. Our technology combines precision-engineered magnetic devices, standardized delivery systems, and safe retrieval mechanisms to achieve controlled biliary recanalization where conventional endoscopic techniques often fail.

Our MCA system is built around miniaturized, high-strength neodymium magnets that are gold-coated for enhanced biocompatibility and designed with guidewire-compatible central channels. These magnets are carefully engineered to generate controlled magnetic compression, enabling gradual tissue necrosis and the creation of a natural bilio-biliary fistula without the need for major reconstructive surgery.

The technology includes a dedicated Wire-Guided Pusher Tube (10Fr) for precise magnet delivery, a Magnet Retrieval Tube (10Fr) for safe post-procedure removal, and an advanced pushing and sheath system that ensures accurate placement while preventing premature deployment. Together, these components provide physicians with a reliable, reproducible, and user-friendly platform for complex biliary interventions.

Our magnetic recanalization process utilizes the natural force of attraction between two strategically positioned magnets placed on either side of the biliary obstruction. As the magnets gradually approximate, controlled compression necrosis occurs, creating a new channel through the stricture. Once recanalization is achieved, the magnets are safely retrieved and stenting can be performed to maintain long-term duct patency.
